ADMINISTRATIVE AND SUPPORT TEAM

Andrea joined Musketeer Solutions in November 2023, having moved from South East London to Lincolnshire. Andrea has a varied background, from HR Advisor in the NHS to being a self-employed Massage Therapist. However, spent the last 9 years as a Senior Administrator, managing an admin team in Early Intervention and Family Support for the London Borough of Bromley. Andrea’s current role, as Admin Officer, is to mainly assist the Business Support Team.

Kieran has a background in Mathematics through his Undergraduate studies as well as an MA in Journalism. He also has experience in Management having served as Students' Union President at Bishop Grosseteste University from 2016-17. Throughout his time at Bishop Grosseteste Students' Union he led the rebrand of the Union, implemented a series of Presidential surgeries aimed at making the Union more accessible to students, spearheaded the planning of Freshers' week and reported at various committees including monthly Student Councils, reporting upon the progress and state of the Union. In addition to this he sat as a member of various senior committees including as Chair of the SU Trustee Board and led a team of Student Volunteers.

Upon leaving his post as SU President he joined Musketeer in 2017 as a Business Administrator, specialising in financial support. As time progressed he took over the role of Finance Manager. This role requires him to lead on financial matters, keep the company accounts up to date and report at monthly Business Review Meetings on the financial health of the company along with various other functions. In addition to his financial duties he also assists Musketeer with marketing, web design and administration.

Miranda joined Musketeer Solutions in April 2023 taking over the role of Commercial Officer. With over two decades of proven expertise in contract management, account management, bid management, sales, operations, and procurement, Miranda brings a wealth of experience to her new position. The past 12 years of Miranda's career have involved working closely with Local Government and NHS organisations where her skills in change, relationship, and project management were further developed. Miranda’s expertise will support Musketeer Solutions as it continues to develop commercial relationships with new and existing suppliers and customers, driving optimum customer experience and results.
