Musketeer Solutions are proud to announce that we have received a Silver award in the 2022 Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme. The scheme recognises employers who are committed to the Armed Forces Covenant and demonstrate support to wider Armed Forces Family.

Awards are categorised as either Bronze, Silver or Gold awards. In achieving the Silver award, Musketeer Solutions has shown its ongoing commitment to the Covenant and that we support defence personnel including the employment of reservists, veterans, cadet instructors and military spouses/partners. In fact, our work force is primarily made up by veterans, reservists and military spouses.

Musketeer has proven that service personnel are not disadvantaged as a part of our recruitment processes, that our workforce is aware of our positive policies towards defence personnel and that we support the mobilisations of reservist employees.

As a company who primarily works in the Defence sector, Musketeer takes this award very seriously and as such we are thrilled to have been recognised for our practices and overall ethos towards forces personnel.
