Musketeer Solutions is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed its re-certification for ISO 9001:2015. ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9001 is a framework that ensures an organization’s procedures surrounding quality management meet the highest standards. Musketeer Solutions takes its commitment to quality management very seriously and is proud that our efforts to ensure the highest standard of continuous improvement, customer service and accountability have been met resulting in the recertification for a further 3 years to 2025.

Our evaluation and audit was conducted over a 2-day period by Wayne Pearce, External Auditor and Management Systems Specialist in Quality; certification was issued by Direct Assessment Services (DAS). During the recertification process Wayne reviewed our quality management system against all 7 principles of the ISO 9001:2015 and we were delighted to hear that our quality system was considered to be very well implemented and maintained to a high level. Our quality management system and processes are key to ensuring that we meet the needs of our customers and continuous independent audits ensure that we remain current and compliant with the latest standards and knowledgeable of new developments.
